A physician is someone who is educated and licensed to perform medicine, often for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries. A physician can administer medication but usually does not perform surgery. Each State and District page lists physicians and surgeons located in that State or District, including their company or website names as well as their locations, phone numbers, and website links.
